We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the Crags area was perfect for us, as it offered stunning views of the mountains and was conveniently located between Plettenberg Bay and Tsitsikamma National Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a sitting area, in-room safe, and patio. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing excellent service and even bringing toys for our baby. The breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked hot food and surprise bakery items. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area.

Amazing views and peaceful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and good.
The location was quite remote, making it difficult to find without GPS. The hotel was a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

Nestled between the mountains, this quaint hotel offers a serene escape from the city bustle. the well-kept rooms with comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms are simply delightful. Excellent service from the friendly staff enhances the experience, and the delicious breakfast with specially cooked options is a must-try. Enjoy stunning views of the valley while lounging by the pool or during a leisurely walk outside. the cozy log fire is an added bonus for chilly evenings.
The dinner main course was rather overcooked.

Located in the midst of breathtaking nature, this hotel provides a serene atmosphere on top of beautiful mountains. The cleanliness of our room was spotless, and the hotel's facilities exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was top-notch. Transportation and parking were easily accessible, making it a great location outside of the city centre for a peaceful getaway.

The breakfast was good and included fresh fruit and delicious yogurt. the location was also great, with plenty of nature activities nearby such as hiking and a wildlife park. Another positive aspect was the large and well, presented room with a classic and luxurious feel.
The Wi, Fi was inconsistent and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. there was no decent restaurant within a reasonable driving distance, so we had to eat in, house every night.
